The rooftops of two dormitories on Prescott Street and Broadway feature 1,561 square feet of solar collectors, delivering a peak power of 100 kW. This innovative system replaces natural gas as the primary energy source, providing sustainable hot water for 98 apartments. The project also includes expanded hot water storage capacity and integrated remote monitoring for real-time performance optimization.
